Returns & Exchanges
A.P.C. offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit the A.P.C. online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
