What is the delivery timeframe for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-7 business days for international destinations. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.
How do I care for my raw denim jeans?
To preserve the unique indigo dye and achieve a personalized patina, we recommend avoiding washing for as long as possible. When necessary, dry clean or hand wash cold with a specialized denim detergent and air dry.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any item in its original condition, including tags and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
